iv lost my voice!!! i havnt had a cold where i couldnt speak for yeeeaarrrs, and here i am, sneezing, coughing, clutching my throat, all in silence. its rubbish. but perhaps its my body telling me to reign myself in?
last night at spirit class, we did crystals. i already worked with them, but last night the guy who runs the class went in depth and explained it in a way the books dont. anyway... he told us to go into the shop and pick up a crystal each, one that spoke to us, and bring it back.. (it sounds like kiddy school doenst it) anyway..we went round the group seeing what that crystal was, what it meant and what it would do. i picked up...green calcite. healing, soothing etc..very nice. but the guy told me that id picked it becuase my natural character is a loving gentle kind compassionate blah blah, and i used to give love to everyone, including the people who didnt/dont deserve it, so i stopped loving everyone and held it back...so now apparently im going back to 'me' and sending love to everyone.. perhaps im becoming more forgiving. anyway, i didnt think thats how i was, but then i talked to my bf about it on the way home and its right, i do love but not like i used to..i hold back a little just incase..im gonna work on it a bit more, really open up.
thats all really.
if i find any other points of inspiration ill be back

ReplyDeleteI'd love to learn more about crystals. I brought Lucas a hematite crystal from Sedona, and he has been carrying it around everywhere - even to bed. Not coincidentally, his night terrors have stopped.
I hope you feel better soon. Speaking of crystals, do you have any Larimar? That would be good for your throat chakra. Some meditation on the throat chakra and where you might be blocking your true expression would probably help you. This voicelessness is a call to attention for this chakra. Sending love and healing energy to you!

hematite, awesome...THE earth crystal, no wonder, hell be so grounded now, id be surprised if he remembered any kind of dream? so glad :) i love how crystals always go to the right people/place. i want to learn crystal healing, we did a bit the other week, learning bits and bobs, and im going to get more into it. do you use crystalinks.com? its good refernce for anything this way inclined. i dont have larimar..ill look out for some :) ill do some meditations aswel :) thankyou! your like the chakra nurse. i guess i should have realised this, but when it comes to helping yourself, no ones ever really 'there' are they. strange that.
ReplyDeleteiv actually lost my bag of crystals, bit upsetting, but ill just have to get some more. the guy that runs the course is 'in tune' with crystals and will automatically know what you need, etc etc. hes very good.

The chakra nurse - I love it! :) We never see our own stuff. That's why it's so nice to have friends who understand this kind of work to help us along.
